Consolidation Union Contracting have recently completed a project in Sohar, Sultanate of Oman. The project included the supply and installation of 4 Sealite Poseidon 1750 Navigation buoys fitted with Sealite SLC420 include GSM Monitoring and mooring system for each buoy which included concrete anchor blocks and chains . The Buoys were installed to protect an underwater mountain which is a habitat for breeding fish in the Oman region. To carry out the project CUC used a purpose built pontoon that aided in the fast and cost effective installation of the mooring systems and navigational buoys.
